or commercial use; <br />e. Large units. Large units referred to in this section shall have an overall length <br />of no more than 40 feet, an overall height of no more than 13 feet, and a <br />gross vehicle weight rating of no more than 19,500 pounds, corresponding to <br />Class 4 and 5 vehicles. Anything longer, taller, or heavier than these <br />maximums is not allowed to be stored outside on residential property. Large <br />units must be for personal use only; no large commercial units are allowed to <br />be stored outside on residential property. <br />f. Vehicles or equipment loaded on a trailer shall not count as separate units <br />under this provision, butrather the trailer shall count as one unit. The trailer <br />when loaded must <br />herein; <br /> <br />(P) Any number of registered and operable passenger vehicles shall be allowed on a <br />permitted driveway. A maximum of three units of other vehicles and equipment may <br />be stored outside of a structure on the permitted driveway area on any residential <br /> defined herein. All vehicles, <br />and equipment must be parked at least ten (10) feet from the curb or edge of <br />pavement of a public street. <br /> <br />(Q) Requirements For Mixed-Uses. If a building or structure contains a mixture of uses <br />as defined by paragraphs (A) and (I), the minimum number of parking spaces <br />required for the entire building or structure shall be calculated for the most restrictive <br />parking use as permitted by the applicable zoning district and building codes. <br /> <br />(R) The definitions of terms used in this Sectionshall conform to State and Federal law and <br />regulation including but not limited to vehicle definitions contained in Minnesota <br />Statutes Sections 168.002 and 169.011; and gross vehicle weight ratings and <br />classification as defined the Code of Federal Regulations 49 CFR Part 523. <br /> <br />Section 6. Effective Date.
