8.3 Requirements <br /> <br />Usage: Personal Time Off (PTO) Leave may be used as earned, subject to approval by the <br />Department Supervisor or City Administrator. PTO may be taken in increments of one hour <br />or more. All non-collective bargaining full-time employees will follow the Public Works <br />bargaining unit contract regarding how much Up to a maximum of 232 hours of accrued PTO <br />may be carried over to the next year. <br /> <br />
