There was discussion <br />among the Commission on this item. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Kubat, seconded by Commissioner Olson to close public <br />hearing on this item at 8:48 p.m. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Broussard-Vickers, seconded by Commissioner Olson to <br />recommend that the City Council adopt changes to City Code, Chapter 156.102 as <br />detailed in the attached suggested language with modification to allow personal auto <br />repair based on the findings that this home occupation is objectional because of public <br />safety and pollution control concerns. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VIII. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. March 2, 2021 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Kuiper, seconded by Commission Kubat to approve the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission meeting minutes of February 2, 2021 as presented. <br />Commissioner Nelson and Olson abstained. All others in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2. July 13, 2021 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Kubat, seconded by Commissioner Olson to approve the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission meeting minutes of April 6, 2021 as presented, subject <br />to review of the meeting recording regarding Chairperson Broussard-Vickers vote on <br />the variance request. Commissioner Kuiper and Nelson abstained. All others in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. August 10, 2021 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Olson, seconded by Commissioner Kuiper to approve the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission meeting minutes of May 4, 2021 as presented. Council Member Liaison <br /> <br />Council Member Koski stated they have approved a maximum of a 3% increase in the tax <br />levy for the City.
