CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: Requested Council Meeting Date: <br />October 27, 2021 <br />Engineering/Public Works <br />WS 4 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Old Mill Court Backyard Drainage Issues <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />A group of residents wishes to bring to the City Council's attention a backyard drainage issue in their new <br />development. City staff has reviewed the situation and is pursuing a survey of the back yards and televising of <br />the draintile. However, it is staff's opinion that the survey and televising will not identify significant problems <br />and that the primary issue is related to the draintile being "capped" by a layer of clay, black dirt and sod.
