PipeTesting:ThecitywillhaveWadenarunthecamerathroughthepipeverifyingtheplacement,andwhether <br />ithasbeenbowedinanyplace.Notethattheplacementissueisimportantbecauseafterthemeetingthe <br />5ǒƉğƷǩƭdugatesttrenchtoseeiftheycouldgetthewaterfromtheswaletodrain(itdid),butalsorevealed <br />thatthebasinoftheirswaleislocatedseveralinchesfromthepipe.Alsothetopoftherocksockaroundthe <br />pipeismorethan <br />16inchesfromthesurfaceofthelawns,andaboveisacompactlayerofseveralinchesofclay. <br />2. Survey:Thecitywillorderasurveyoftheswaleasconstructedtodeterminethecorrectionsrequiredtobring <br />thepropertiesintoconformitywiththeplan.Leavingasideallofthediscussionabouthowwegottowherewe <br />are,inordertomoveforwardandcorrecttheissues,weneedacomprehensivelookatwhatthereistodayat <br />thismoment. <br />Wewerehopingtohavetheseitemscompleteinthenearfuturebecausethesnowisonthewayandalthoughitislikely <br />fartolatetogetanyoneouttocorrecttheseissuesinthefall.TheprimetimeforgettingonthebooksforSpringnext <br />yearisnow.ThefirstvideosoftheproblemsintheswalethatIshowedyouandBrandoncamefromtheearlypartof <br />springbutonlyhadrunofffromtwocompletedyardsatthattime.Nowthattheswale(suchasitis)iscompleted <br />across,wecanexpectthistobeworsenextyear.Lƒccingallthesignatoriesoftheletterforvisibility.OfcourseLƒ <br />happytoaddressanyconcernsthatyouorcitystaffhavewiththisissue.Iwillalsomakemyselfavailabletothecouncil <br />forquestionsifdesired. <br />Thanks, <br />David <br />1 <br /> <br />
