CENTRA HOMES LLC
SOREL QUARTER AT CENTERVILLE
Preliminary Plat and PUD
10-13-21
Over the past several months, we have appreciated the hard work, collaboration and coordination with
the City of Centerville's staff and leaders in order to develop a new neighborhood at the City's Block 7
property. In response to those efforts, we are pleased to submit the Sorel Quarter Preliminary Plat for
your consideration.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The development site is approximately 1.6 acres, which today consists of vacant, relatively flat land. Other nearby amenities include St Genevieve Parish Community Center, Laurie LaMotte
Memorial Park, and trails connecting the neighborhood to an expansive regional park and trail system
including the Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Park Reserve.
