November 1, 2021
Centerville Planning & Zoning Commission
RE: Shingle Creek Capital, LLC - Updated Information
Landscape Plan
The updated Landscape Plan provides a few more
details than in the earlier submission - it shows the
truck circulation in and out of the staging/storage
area and notes the fence around the staging area is
to be 6 ft high. The earlier plan appeared to show
shrubs in the narrow buffer strip between the front
parking lot and the staging area access, but that is
left blank on this later plan. That area would be part
of the required screening of the storage area.
Debris Observed in Test Pits
The Debris exhibit highligts four test pits in the middle
of the 2070 Main Street site and the debris found in
them:
• TP-5: Concrete, plastic, and brick debris
observed 4-8 feet
• TP-7: Concrete and wood debris observed 4-
12 feet
• TP-7: Concrete, plastic, and plastic debris
observed 4-8 feet
• TP-8: Concrete, plastic, and plastic debris
observed 4-6 feet
This relates to the "subsurface environmental
conditions" noted in the narrative.
Design with community in mind
