Anoka County Regional Economic Development (ACRED) <br />Executive Director Statz stated next up on the ACRED Calendar is the MN CAR Expo on October <br />27 from 3 - 7 p.m. at the Minneapolis Depot. Then, ACRED's own event, the "UpRiver Real Estate <br />Event" at Running Aces from 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 18. <br /> <br /> b. Quad Area Chamber of Commerce <br /> <br />Executive Director Statz stated the Quad Area Chamber hosted a Lunch and Learn (L&L) with <br />four City Administrator's and Ms. Samantha Markman at the Anoka County's Library in Circle <br />Pines. He noted the event was well attended, and all four cities reported a healthy development <br />market and positive progress in their communities. He stated there is an upcoming meeting for <br />non-profits in the Quad Area on October 25 at 4 - 5:30 p.m. at the Chomonix Golf Course. <br />c. Hugo Area Business Association <br />Executive Director Statz stated there is no update on this item. <br />3. Year to Date Financials <br />Executive Director Statz provided an overview of the financials. <br />4. Ongoing Programs: <br /> <br /> a. Blue Logo Sign <br />Executive Director Statz stated there was an inquiry from Kelly's about an annual invoice for Blue <br />Logo sign. He stated it is requested that the Commission review the program and reaffirm a <br />commitment for year two of the program. <br /> <br /> b. CenterStage <br /> <br />Executive Director Statz stated there is nothing new to report on this item. <br /> <br />c. Business Revolving Loan and Grant Program <br /> <br />Executive Director Statz reviewed this item briefly and provided an update. <br /> <br />d.
