The following <br />are milestone tasks to be scheduled based on availability. <br />Notice to Proceed <br />Kick-Off Meeting & On-Site Assessment <br />Final Deliverable <br /> <br />Compensation shall be on an hourly, not-to-exceed basis, based on actual hours worked for CR- <br />BPS personnel assigned to the work, plus reimbursable expenses, to be billed monthly. <br /> <br />Downtown Facility Assesment Study$7,975.00 <br />Total Fee$7,975.00 <br />Reimbursable Expenses: <br />The above fee includes all expenses associated with the project, including equipment, labor, <br />materials, mileage, reproduction, and postage costs. <br />Additional services are available and may be addressed and negotiated in a separate proposal. <br />CR-BPS is available to provide on-going services and support for the Client long-term. <br />Examples of these services are as follows: <br /> <br />On-Going FSAM support <br />Presentations outside of final deliverable (Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, <br />Council Meetings, Public/ Staff Meetings, etc.) <br />Adding additional buildings to the FSAM database (VFA Tool) <br />Assist in development of Scope of Work requirements/ Basis of Design/ Design <br />Guidelines for future projects <br />WWW.CR-BPS.COM 3 <br /> <br />
