you own a commercial property in Centerville that is not currently hooked to city water, and
are interested in learning more, please call City Hall. The program is offered for a limited
time only and is subject to conditions.

Wellhead Protection Plan
We have been notified that our grant application to seal some wells in our Wellhead
Protection Area was received and is ready to be funded. A grant agreement has been
executed and staff is pursuing quotes to complete the work.

2020 Downtown Street and Utility Improvements
All close-out documents were provided by the contractor. A Final Payment has been
issued.

PUBLIC SAFETY
Centennial Fire District
Santa Parade
This yearÓs Centerville Santa Parade collected just shy of
a ton of food (1900 lbs, to be exact). While our CFD
neighbors topped us with close to 3,000 lbs. of food,
Centerville out-donated Circle Pines by a good margin in
the cash department. This difficult decision was made after significant
time in prayer, deep discussions with my family, consultation with mentors and consideration
of various factors. The opportunity to lead an amazing group of men and women has been an
honor and an immense blessing for it is each and every one of them who make CFD the great
organization it is. The foundation for future success has been created long ago and lies in
the heart of every person who is part of the CFD; past, present and future.

Although for a short time, we have worked together to continue development of a very
capable and competent leadership team, energized an organizational culture that is deeply
altruistic and intensely provide support for the high performing mission driven team who is
the foundation of the CFD.

Over the next 3+ months, I will be assisting the Board of Directors in developing and
conducting the search and transition process for a new Fire Chief. I expect the process to be
comprehensive and involving the input of a broad array of stakeholders. During \[the
