between city and developer. Lots created in any manner that is larger than five acres or <br />300 feet in width shall not be subject to dedication of land for public use. A fee <br />according to the current schedule will be charged on every building permit issued <br />pertaining to new housing units for parks and playgrounds. For multi-family projects, <br />each unit will be construed to be the equivalent of a ÐlotÑ. For group-living situations <br />such as group homes, nursing homes and the like, each bed will be construed to be the <br />equivalent of ½ lot. Fore redevelopment of parcels which have previously dedicated land <br />or paid a Park Dedication Fee, the existing number of lots or units shall be subtracted <br />from the number of new lots or units in the proposed redevelopment to calculate the fees <br />owed. <br />Section 2. <br />This section authorizes this summary of only that part of Ordinance #153 as stated above to <br />be published in lieu of the entire text of the ordinance. <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This section provides that the ordinance is effective on <br />publication of this summary. <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the City Council has by at least a 4/5 vote, approved <br />this Public Notice. <br /> <br /> APPROVED this 26th day of January, 2022. <br /> <br />Published in the Quad Community Press on February 1, 2022. <br /> <br />
