The user would largely sell to builders and contractors, but <br />will have a public showroom and sales counter. If the sale goes through, we would expect to <br />see a site plan review application soon. <br />Max Storage (Fairview <br />Street) <br />A public hearing will be held <br />on February I to review an <br />application for a Conditional <br />Use Permit (CUP) to operate <br />what is being termed a "Maxi <br />Storage" facility.
