2. Buildings; <br />3. Driveways; <br />4. Drainage easements; <br />5. Utility easements; <br />6. Sewer service at the property line; and <br />7. Water service and shut-off at the property line. <br />(c) The certificate will also provide the following elevations: <br />1. Grading at the front lot line; <br />2. Grading at property corners; <br />3. Lowest floor elevation and structure type; and <br />4. One-hundred-year flood elevation and 100-year flood contour property. <br /> <br />(B) Soil erosion. The developer shall control soil erosion as otherwise required by the city code. <br /> <br />(C) Monuments and markers. The developer shall place iron monuments in accordance with state statutes. <br />(D) Curb stops. The developer shall arrange with the city to make all necessary adjustments to the curb <br />stops to bring them flush with the topsoil (after grading). <br /> <br />(E) Trees and landscaping shall be in accordance with the requirements for the various zoning districts <br />contained in the zoning chapter of the code. <br /> <br />(F) Street maintenance. <br /> <br />(1) The developer shall be responsible for street and sidewalk maintenance, including curbs, <br />boulevards, sod, sidewalks and street sweeping, until the development is accepted by the city. <br /> <br />(2) Warning signs as per the Minnesota Uniform Traffic Control Devices Manual shall be placed <br />when hazards develop in streets to prevent the public from traveling on same and directing <br />attention to detours. If and when the streets become impassible, the streets shall be barricaded <br />and closed. <br /> <br />(3) The developer shall maintain a smooth driving surface and adequate drainage on all temporary <br />streets. No builders will be allowed on the dedicated street areas until the streets are completed <br />and accepted by the city. <br /> <br />(4) The developer may request, in writing, that the city keep the streets open during the winter <br />months by plowing snow from the streets prior to final acceptance of the streets. The developer <br />shall reimburse the city for all snow plowing prior to final acceptance of the streets. The city <br />shall not be responsible for reshaping the streets because of snow plowing operations if they are <br />requested.
