City of Centerville <br />EDA Minutes <br /> November 17, 2021 <br />Executive Director Statz stated the Quad Area Chamberhas been hosting Lunch and Learns <br />(L&L) He noted the event was well attended, and all four cities reported a healthy development <br />th <br />market and positive progress in their communities. He noted on December 16they are hosting a <br />holiday party at the Hampton Inn. He stated if any Commissioners want to attend to let him <br />know or they can register at the Quad Area Chamber website. <br />c. Hugo Area Business Association <br />Executive Director Statz stated there is no update on this item. <br />3. Year to Date Financials <br />Executive Director Statz provided an overview of the financials. <br />Motion by Commissioner Weatherhead, seconded by Commissioner Remillard to accept the <br />Year to Date Financials as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />4. Ongoing Programs: <br /> <br /> a. Blue Logo Sign <br />Executive Director Statz stated an update was presented earlier this evening on this item. <br /> b. CenterStage <br /> <br />Executive Director Statz stated there are a few people they reached out to who expressed interest <br />in the program and they hope to get them on board to move forward. <br />c. Business Revolving Loan and Grant Program <br />Executive Director Statz reviewed this item briefly and provided an update. <br /> <br />d. COVID Relief Business Assistance Grant Programs <br />Executive Director Statz stated there is no update on this item. <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS <br />1. None. <br />VIII.NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Canceling Regular EDA Meeting scheduled for December 15, 2021 <br /> <br />Executive Director Statz stated unless something comes up that needs to be addressed the <br />Commission could cancel the meeting currently scheduled for December 15, 2021.
