City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />January 26, 2022 <br />condominiums and business suites was also discussed. He stated that the <br />EDA would look at alternative options and reintroduce the buildings to <br />market smaller operations (restaurants, etc.) <br />He also stated that the EDA also discussed the website. Council Member <br />King noted that Athansia had great ideas and showed the committee several <br />websites highlighting various features and functions. Council Member King <br />noted that he liked the Tennessee (Collierville and Athens) sites, as well as <br />Lino Lakes and he is looking at other things for the entire website. <br /> <br />He also stated that the EDA discussed downtown apartments. Administrator <br />Statz added that the general idea is to have an architect go through the <br />existing buildings and give an assessment of their overall condition of the <br />buildings and what it would take to bring them up to code. <br /> <br />d. Mosher - <br />i. Economic Development Authority Î Council Member Mosher stated the <br />EDA was interested with the presentation by Mr. Mike Brass on 1737 Main <br />Street, noting that Mr. Brass went through many scenarios and he is curious <br />about the condominiums with three (3) businesses. He noted that Athanasia <br />presented different things with the website and she had done her research, <br />so we can take the best of everyoneÓs sites and have a cool website down <br />road. <br />ii. Love Î Mayor Love stated that everyone has done a fabulous job and he appreciates <br />their dedication; he is proud to work with a great city and is excited for 2022. <br /> <br />i. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member King to Adjourn the <br />January 26, 2022 Work Session & Regularly Scheduled Council Meeting at 8:33 p.m. A roll- <br />call vote was taken.
