None <br /> <br />VII. CONSENT AGENFDA <br /> <br />Mayor Love provided an opportunity for others to add or delete any items from the consent agenda. <br />Item #5: Parks and Rec. Recommendation to contract with Langer Tree Service for Removal of <br />Trees in Eagle Park was removed from the consent agenda. <br /> <br />Mayor Love highlighted the proclamation for School Choice Week. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Lakso to approve Items <br />#1-4 and 6-7 of the Consent Agenda. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued about leaving the stumps during tree removal in Eagle Park. Liability and <br />maintenance concerns were brought up. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Mosher to table Item #5. <br />Parks and Rec. Recommendation to contract with Langer Tree Service for Removal of Trees <br />from Eagle Park. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1.
