Administrator Statz provided information about the equipment used to <br />plow city streets and trails, noting that bare pavement standards are not going to happen with <br />current equipment. The policy will be discussed further at the next meeting. <br /> <br />3. City Hall Parking Lot Improvement <br /> <br />Administrator Statz reviewed a sketch of the city hall building, parking lot, and sidewalk <br />improvements, along with a pad for trash and enclosure. He noted sidewalk improvements, a <br />walkway around the flagpole with a handrail along the walkway, security, and cameras. The <br />improvements could be part of the City Hall/Fire Station Phase III Renovations, which includes <br />parking lot and landscaping enhancements as well as ADA features. There was also discussion <br />about installing a Veterans Memorial on-site. Funding options were explored, and more <br />information will be provided the next meeting. <br /> <br />II.
