City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />February 9, 2022 <br /> <br />VI. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br /> <br />1. September 9, 2021 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Love provided an opportunity for others to add or delete any items. <br /> <br /> Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Lakso to Approve <br />the September 9, 2021 City Council Meeting Minutes as presented. A roll-call vote <br />was taken. Mayor Love and Council Members King, Koski, Lakso & Mosher voted <br />in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2. September 22, 2021 Work Session & City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br /> Mayor Love provided an opportunity for others to add or delete any items. <br /> <br /> Attorney Glaser requested to amend the language under New Business, Item #1, Rehbein <br />Industrial, to add the following after interest “to collect City fees regardless how these <br />parties decided between themselves to apportion payment of the fees.” and remove “in fees <br />no matter who paid the fees”. <br /> <br /> Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve <br />the September 22, 2021 Work Session & City Council Meeting Minutes as Amended. <br />A roll-call vote was taken. Mayor Love and Council Members King, Koski, Lakso & <br />Mosher voted in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VII. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />1. City of Centerville Claims through February 9, 2022 (Check #34873-34908) & <br />(1836E-1842E) <br />2. Centennial Lake Police Department Claims through February 3, 2022 (Check <br />#14198-14212), (E202207-202209), Payroll (Check #14196-14197) <br />3. Centennial Fire District Claims through February 8, 2022 (Check #9239-9248) & <br />(E2022003) <br />4. Fete des Lacs Logo Contest Prize Money <br />5. Acceptance of Mr. Chris Bettinger’s Resignation from Parks & Rec. <br /> <br />Council Member Koski along with the rest of City Council took an opportunity to thank Mr. <br />Bettinger for his time and years of service to the City for serving on the Parks & Recreation <br />Committee. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member King, Seconded by Council Member Mosher to Approve the <br />Consent Agenda as presented.
