City of Centerville <br />Council Work Session & City Council Meeting Minutes <br />December 8, 2021 <br /> <br />2. 2021 Goals Review <br /> <br />Administrator Statz reviewed the presentation that was contained in Council’s packet and <br />answered questions if the arose. <br /> <br />Lengthy discussion ensued regarding the goals, accomplishments, having a good year, the <br />Committees/Commissions expectations, accomplishments and projects being proposed, continued <br />efforts, how the goals fit in with the monthly review of the Administrator with the Personnel <br />Committee, scheduling of the eight (8) hour 2022 Goal Setting Session/Retreat and acceptance of <br />Mrs. Susan Love’s services as a Strategic Planner/Team Building facilitator for the meeting with <br />the addition of department heads being invited for a portion of the meeting. <br /> <br />III. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mayor Love adjourned the December 8, 2021 Regularly Scheduled Work Session at 6:26 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor D. Appearances & Presentations with a <br />guest speaker and an update from the Centennial Lakes Police Department. He stated that he <br />would also like to add the additions of Check #34763-34782 Voided Check #33889 and E Checks <br />1809E-1814E under VII.
