Final Plat <br /> <br />Administrator Statz explained nothing has changed since this was originally shown to the City <br />Council. Sutton Transport is looking to complete the process by approving the permits and plans <br />that have been shared but not yet approved. <br /> <br />Council Member Lakso noted no issues were directed to Planning and Zoning back in August. <br />Council Member Koski questioned why the approvals are delayed. City Administrator Statz stated <br />disagreements between the property and land owner pushed it back a month and it never was <br />approved. City Attorney Glaser added participants had to close on the agreement before the City <br />could approve the plans. <br /> <br />Council Member Koski wondered if all three can be approved in one motion. He also wanted <br />clarification on differences between the resolution and the Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />City Administrator Statz requested a separate motion to approve the Conditional Use Permit and <br />also stated the Resolution has to come before the motion to approve the Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />City Attorney Glaser advised City Council to remove the Conditional Use Permit from the motion <br />and clarified he has authority to make small changes only to the Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Mayor Love and Council Member Koski stated they were glad this agreement is complete. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member King, to Approve the <br />Sutton Transport Final Plat and Site Plan. A roll-call vote was taken. Mayor Love and <br />Council Members King, Koski, Lakso & Mosher voted in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to Approve the <br />Resolution Granting the Conditional Use Permit by Sutton Transport. A roll-call vote was <br />taken. Mayor Love and Council Members King, Koski, Lakso & Mosher voted in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />IX. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. The Shores Outlot a Tax Forfeiture/Anoka County Tax Forfeit 2021 <br />Classification Property for Sale <br /> <br />City Administrator Statz received a letter from Anoka County asking if Centerville wanted to <br />purchase the forfeited property. He noted City staff recommended the County take it over. <br /> <br />Council Member Lakso inquired about the designated easement on this property. City <br />Administrator Statz noted this is part of the Native American Community and they do not want <br />signage or publicity regarding this piece of property. <br /> <br />Page 4 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
