Trees in Eagle Park <br />The thinning of tree has been completed at Eagle Park. The contractor hasstated that they will <br />be back to ensure that the stumps are at least 2Ñ or less from the ground when snow melts. <br />LaMotte Park Ballfield Repairs <br />The ag-lime has been received at LaMotte Park ballfield and will be spread by Staff as <br />time/weather conditions allow. P.W. Staff has drafted a contract and waiting for insurance <br />from the contractor for services to repair the backstop at LaMotte. <br />Lions Donation for Park Signage <br />The Tracie McBride Park monument marker was shored up last fall and is scheduled to receive <br />sanding and staining this summer with the assistance of the Seasonal Staff. Materials were <br />paid, in part with funds from the Lions Club. <br />ADMINISTRATION <br />Strategic Plan Î 2022-2023 <br />Following CouncilÓs Retreat, Facilitator Susan Love, compiled CouncilÓs draft Strategic <br />Plan, which is included in CouncilÓs packet for Work Session discussion. The Plan includes <br />CouncilÓs discussion/direction, staff reporting and associated goals. The retreat was very <br />well appreciated and effective, Council has reported. <br />Recent Ordinance Amendments <br />Home Occupation Î Auto Repair <br />A letter outlining the revised ordina n ce was forwarded to a resident who, in the past, has <br />been presumed to have been operating an auto repair business from the home. Staff is aware <br />that, at this time, the individual is employed elsewhere and we have received no recent <br />complaints.
