The building is centered on the site, <br />with a 297-car employee parking lot on the east side of the building. A parking lot of almost 600 <br />spaces for delivery vans and their drivers is on the south side of the lot, with an additional staging <br />area of 144 van loading spaces between the building and the van parking area. The north 72 van <br />staging spaces would be covered by an open canopy, but the south group of 72 spaces would <br />be an open parking lot. On the west side of the building are 15 truck loading docks and 13 truck <br />stth <br /> Avenue or Fairview Street; none from 20 Avenue <br />parking spaces. All site access comes from 21 <br />and none from the north side. The applicants have indicated their access driveway onto Fairview <br />Street would line up with the access point for Sutton Transport to the south. <br /> <br />
