<br />APPROVED <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />March 16, 2022 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held a regularly scheduled Economic <br />Development Authority meeting on March 16, 2022. <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. by President Jeff Hanzal. <br /> <br />II. ROLL CALL* <br /> <br />PRESENT: President Jeff Hanzal <br /> Commissioner Steve King <br /> <br /> Commissioner Darrin Mosher <br /> Commissioner Mark Remillard <br /> <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Weatherhead <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator/EDA Executive Director, Mark Statz <br />Assistant City Administrator, Athanasia Lewis <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />1. Call for Changes to the Agenda <br /> <br />The agenda was amended to add check # 1028, payable to the Anoka County Regional Economic <br />Development Authority (ACRED), to the list of checks for approval, and to add discussion on a <br />Trunk or Treat event with Parks and Recreation under New Business. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Mosher and seconded by President Hanzal to approve the <br />amended agenda. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Mosher and seconded by Commissioner King to approve the <br />February 16, 2022 meeting minutes as presented. All in favor.
