The Plat, entitled Fairview Second Addition, will combine 3 <br />lots into one and dedicates right-of-way on, Fairview Street, 21st Ave. and additional right-of-way on 20th Ave. <br />(CSAH 54). <br />Platting is required for the right-of-way dedication and to combine all of the lots into one.
