CITY OF CENTERVILLE REQUEST <br />FOR COMMISSION ACTION <br />� ntervitte <br />Agenda Item # <br />Department: <br />Requested Meeting Date: <br />VLlc <br />Planning and Zoning <br />May 3, 2022 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development - Project Banjo <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />See attached application materials, staff memo and other background information. <br />After hearing the staff report, developer presentation and public testimony, the Commission should discuss the <br />project and determine whether to recommend approval or denial of the application. If the recommendation is <br />for approval, it should be made with the conditions noted in the staff report, with any additions, deletions or <br />modifications the commission desires. Additionally, the commission should adopt findings of fact.
