Response: <br />The Stormwater Pond 1 outlet to Clearwater Creek has been reconfigured to discharge at the <br />northwest corner of the site. The flared end section has been pulled back from the bank <br />slope and angled at 45 degrees to channel flow. <br />3. All requirements of the Rice Creek Watershed District shall be met with regard to Stormwater <br />quality, rate and quantity. These requirements align with or are more stringent than the <br />requirements of the city's obligations under its NPDES MS4 Permit. <br />Response: <br />Comment noted. <br />4. During construction, dust mitigation measures must be employed. <br />b. The water main along the west side of 21St Avenue should connect to the north/east end of the <br />water main recently installed in Fairview Street.
