Response: <br />The water main extension has been revised at this location to connect to the water main <br />recently installed in Fairview Street. <br />2. The jurisdictional status of Clearwater Creek at 21St Avenue should be researched. Depending <br />on which agency regulates this watercourse, a permit may be necessary to bore the watermain <br />underneath it. <br />Response: <br />The Rice Creek Watershed District has indicated that the creek is under their jurisdiction. <br />The watermain extension and creek crossing is included in our RCWD permit application. <br />3. All watermain shall be PVC, C-900. All fittings shall be epoxy coated, Ductile Iron Pipe, with Cor- <br />Blue or Stainless Steel T-Bolts. <br />Response: <br />Comment noted. <br />4. The City Engineer's Association of MN's Standard Specifications should be used on all sewer, <br />water and stormwater infrastructure, whether public or private. <br />Response: <br />Comment noted. <br />5. The water main along the west side of 21St Avenue should connect to the water main stub, <br />coming from the north, at Commerce Drive.
