TC
To: Ryan Companies US, Inc.
From: Matt Pacyna, PE, Principal
Transportation Collaborative & Consultants, LLC
Date: April 22, 2022
Subject: Project Banjo Traffic Study — Regional Analysis Addendum
INTRODUCTION
DRAFT REPORT
TC2 has completed a traffic study addendum for the proposed logistics warehouse development,
referred to as Project Banjo, in the City of Centerville, MN. This addendum was developed in
response to agency feedback received regarding the draft Project Banjo Traffic Study submitted in
early March 2022. This addendum incorporates previous study findings while also providing
additional detail and analysis as requested.
The development is generally located southwest of the Interstate 35E (1-35E) and Main
Street/County Road 14 (CR 14) interchange. The subject site shown in is currently vacant
and bounded by Commerce Drive to the north, Fairview Street to the south, 20t" Avenue/County
Road 54 (CR 54) to the west, and 21s' Avenue to the east.
The main objectives of this study are to quantify existing operations within the study area, evaluate
potential traffic impacts to the adjacent roadway network due to the proposed development, and
identify potential improvements to support the proposed development to ensure safe and efficient
operations for all users. The following study assumptions, methodology, and findings are offered
for consideration.
Figure 1 Subject Site
www.transportationcollaborative.com
