February 23, 2022 City Council Work Session and Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Love provided an opportunity for others to add or delete any items. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Mosher to Approve the <br />February 23, 2022 City Council Work Session & Meeting Minutes as presented. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />VII. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />1. City of Centerville Claims through March 23, 2022 (Check #34960-34983), & <br />(1858E-1862E) <br />2. Centennial Lake Police Department Claims through March 17, 2022 (Check <br />#14240-14258), (E2022020-2022022) & Payroll (Check #14238-14239) <br />3. Centennial Fire District Claims through March 22, 2022 (Check #9272-9276), <br />(E2022004) & Payroll (Check #9269-9271) <br />4. Resolution Approving a Donation to Anoka County Historical Society <br />5. Voluntary Cost Share Agreement for 2022 LiDAR <br />6. Res. #22-0XX Supporting Housing and Local Decision Making <br /> <br />Mayor Love provided an opportunity for others to add or delete any items. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member King to Approve the <br />Consent Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. None <br /> <br />IX. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Non-Disclosure Agreement – Project Banjo <br /> <br />Administrator Statz gave a brief overview of the industrial project and stated that a large, online <br />retailer is interested in purchasing three (3) parcels owned by the Rehbein’s to construct a building <br />for their operations. Attorney Glaser explained that the agreement protects the company’s identity <br />at this time. He explained that normally everything that the City does is transparent; however, there <br />is an exception that applies to trade secrets in the Minnesota Data Practices Act and this qualifies. <br />He stated that the agreement allows for certain staff to work with Ryan Companies US, Inc. on <br />behalf of the Client and if need be, private/confidential information will be released to those staff <br />members who are covered by the agreement until such time as the Client releases the information <br />publically. He explained that businesses utilize agreements similar to what is being proposed and <br />it is very tailored to Cities. <br /> <br />He stated that the Client’s name will be released when the public hearing is held at the Planning <br />& Zoning Commission meeting on May 4, 2022. <br />Page 3 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
