engineer shall schedule a pre-construction meeting at a mutually agreeable time and location with <br />all parties concerned, including the City Engineer, inspector and/or consultants, to review the <br />program for the construction of the Public Improvements. Prior to the pre-construction meeting, <br />Owner shall supply a schedule of construction activities for the Public Improvements and shall <br />amend the schedule from time to time as necessary. Before the Security for the completion of <br />Public Improvements is released in total, iron monuments must be installed in accordance with <br />Minn. Stat. Chapter 505. The Owner’s surveyor shall submit a written notice to the City certifying <br />that the monuments have been installed. <br />7. PERMITS. The Owner shall obtain, or require its contractors and subcontractors <br />to obtain, all necessary permits. Those permits obtained by Owner to begin work include, but are <br />not limited to: <br />A.Anoka County Permit for Work within the County Right-of-Way <br />B.National Pollution Detection and Eliminations System (NDPES) Construction Site <br />Stormwater Discharge Permit <br />C.Rice Creek Watershed District Permit <br />i.Wetland Impacts (if applicable) <br />ii.Stormwater <br />D.Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Dewatering Permit (if necessary) <br />E.City of Centerville - Building Permit <br />F.City of Centerville – Grading Permit for land disturbing activities. <br />G.City of Centerville – Right-of-Way Permits for small utilities such as gas, phone, <br />electric, cable TV. <br /> 8. TIME OF PERFORMANCE. The Owner shall install all required Public <br />Improvements in the Development Plans with the exception of the final wear course of asphalt by <br />December 31, 2022. Owner shall install the wear course by November 1, 2023. The Owner may, <br />however, request an extension of time from the City. The City may exercise the power to delay <br />installation of the wear course for a period no more than one year longer than the Owner’s deadline. <br />If the deadline is extended Security posted by the Owner shall be updated to reflect cost increases <br />and the extended completion date.
