The plat has now been recorded and the newly created lot is on the market. <br />(17, 19) Rehbein Industrial <br />Paving of the base course of asphalt should take place this week. <br />(19) Sutton Transport <br />The buildings walls have been erected and work on the site utilities continues. <br /> <br />(15) 2050/2070 Main Street Î American Building Supply <br />Work on the site has begun, while work on the building renovations continues, inside. <br />(18) Max Storage (Fairview Street) <br />Revised plans were submitted for recording with the Conditional Use Permit. We anticipate <br />an application for building permit and site work in the near future. <br />(17) Project Banjo <br />At their regular meeting on May 3, the Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing <br />and took input from the community on the application for a large online retailerÓs fulfillment <br />center. The facility would employ around 600 people, including warehouse workers, delivery <br />van drivers, management and support personnel. The public raised concerns regarding air <br />pollution, noise from the facilities loading docks and traffic. The developer has submitted <br />information on each of these issues.
