We anticipate <br />an application for building permit and site work in the near future. <br />(17) Project Banjo <br />At their regular meeting on May 3, the Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing <br />and took input from the community on the application for a large online retailerÓs fulfillment <br />center. The facility would employ around 600 people, including warehouse workers, delivery <br />van drivers, management and support personnel. The public raised concerns regarding air <br />pollution, noise from the facilities loading docks and traffic. The developer has submitted <br />information on each of these issues.
