Thank you for serving your community for 10+ years Chris and we wish you <br />nothing but the best! <br />Annual Skate/Sled Night <br />Approximately 50-75 individuals attending the second Skate/Sled Night held on Feb- <br />ruary 12, 2022. A good time was had by those that participated. Thank you to those <br />that attended and volunteered! <br />Skate Park <br />Give us your Comments <br />The Parks and Recreation Committee continues to look for the publicÓs input on the <br />existing Wheels Skate Park at Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park. The facility is nearing <br />the end of its useful life and there are important decisions regarding its future that need <br />to be made and taken into consideration (i.e. complete some major maintenance on the <br />existing equipment, buy new modular ramps, rails and the like) or make a major in- <br />vestment in a poured concrete facility? Send us your thoughts at: <br />info@centervillemn.com <br />Economic Development Authority <br />Committee Re-Cap <br />The EDA reviewed their 2021-2022 Strategic Plan at <br /> BULLETIN <br />their February 16, 2022 meeting. The Commissioners <br />spoke about past accomplishments and the success <br />with the CenterStage and Blue Logo programs as well <br />as business engagement. The focus for this year, alt- <br />hough not exclusively, will be on developing a plan for <br />downtown and the waterfront, business retention and <br />expansion visits, community outreach and the intersec- <br />th <br />tion of 20 & Main Street.
