Ordinance XX 12-22-2021 <br />THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE ANOKA <br />COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. XX <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE CITY’S ZONING CODE <br />RELATIVE TO LOCATION AND SURFACING OF <br />DRIVEWAYS AND <br />PERMITTED VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT IN RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICTS <br />The City Council of the City of Centerville hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. That Section 156.06 DEFINITIONS shall be amended by adding the definition <br />of a Fish House and revising the definition of Impervious Surface as follows: <br />FISH HOUSE. A “fish house” is shelter, generally used for ice fishing or fish <br />spearing, commonly known as an ice shelter, dark house, fish house, or wheelhouse, <br />otherwise requiring a license from the State. These shelters include any shelter ever <br />licensed for taking fish from public waters. Once any structure or shelter is licensed <br />by the State for use as a fish house, it is thereafter designated to be a “fish house” <br />under this section. <br />IMPERVIOUS SURFACE. Any artificial or natural ground cover that prevents <br />the penetration or infiltration of surface water .Any material that substantially <br />reduces or prevents the infiltration of stormwater into previously undeveloped <br />land. IMPERVIOUS SURFACE shall include graveled driveways and parking <br />areas. <br />Section 2. That item (c) under Section 156.144(M)(1) shall be deletedrevised as follows, <br />and the other lettered items reordered to read as follows: as follows: <br />(A)Outside storage. All products, materials and equipment, except as specifically provided in <br />this chapter, shall be stored within permitted structures, except for the following: <br />(1)Residential districts. <br />(a)Agricultural products, equipment and appurtenances owned by the owner of <br />the property and used on the property on which they are kept; <br />DRAFT Page 1of4 <br /> <br />
