<br />Phases Shown - Redevelopment Area: <br /> <br /> <br />9. Final Report. Prior to the expiration of the preliminary exclusive period (December 31,2006) the <br />Developer will deliver to the City the results of its feasibility study. In addition to the Developer's <br />concepts and inclusions, the Final Report shall also include the following specifications requested by the <br />City: <br /> <br />a. Submit to the City a design proposal to be approved by the City showing the location, size and <br />nature of the proposed Development, including floor layouts, renderings, elevations and nature of <br />the proposed Development. The Development shall be designed to accommodate public facilities to <br />be constructed to, or as part of the Project, including the public facilities contained in the <br />Development Plan for the Project Area. <br /> <br />6 <br />
