Building and zoning laws, ordinances, state and federal regulations. <br /> <br />b. Restrictions relating to use or improvement of the Property without effective forfeiture <br />provisions. . <br /> <br />c. Reservation of any mineral rights by the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />d. Utility and drainage easements which do not interfere with existing or planned <br />improvements. <br /> <br />e. The lien of real property taxes and the lien of special assessments and interest due <br />thereon, if any, payable in the year 2006, subject to proration thereof at the time of <br />Closing. <br /> <br />f. Exceptions to title which constitute encumbrances, restrictions or easements which have <br />been disclosed to Grantee and accepted by Grantee in the Purchase Agreement (if any). <br /> <br />g. Subject to highway easement in favor of the County of Anoka as set forth in Highway <br />Easement recorded as Document No. 331862 on January 8, 1970. <br /> <br />h.
