<br />(3) The sale of goods at an auction held by a licensed auctioneer; <br /> <br />(4) Sales by a person licensed as a motor vehicle dealer; <br />(5) A bulk sale of property from a merchant, manufacturer or wholesaler having an established place <br />of business or of goods sold at open sale from bankrupt stock; <br /> <br />(6) Goods at a public or farmerÓs market; <br /> <br />(7) Goods sold at an exhibition; provided, that the exhibition does not last longer than ten days in <br />any 12-month period; <br /> <br />(8) The sale of furniture, clothing and related accessories; <br /> <br />(9) Sales made by the Sheriff or other public officials in the discharge of their official duties; <br /> <br />(10) Sales made by assignees or receivers appointed in the state to make sales for the benefit <br />of creditors; and <br /> <br />(11) Any bank regulated by the state, the comptroller of the currency of the United States, the <br />Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the board of governors of the Federal Reserve System or <br />any other federal or state authority and their affiliates; any bank or savings association whose <br />deposits or accounts are eligible for insurance by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, or <br />any successor to it, and all affiliates of those banks and savings associations; any state or <br />federally chartered credit union; and any industrial loan and thrift company or regulated lender <br />subject to licensing and regulation by the Department of Commerce. <br /> <br />Penalty, see § 112.99 <br /> <br />Ord. #64, adopted 08/13/1997 <br /> <br />§ 112.03 LICENSE APPLICATION, BOND AND FEE. <br /> <br />(A) Application. No person shall exercise, carry on or be engaged in the trade or business of pawnbroker, <br />precious metal dealer or Class A or Class B secondhand goods dealer within the city unless the person is <br />currently licensed as provided in this chapter. <br /> <br />(1) Contents. A license applicant must complete an application form provided by the city. The <br />application must be in a form and request information of the applicant as determined by the City <br />Council. In addition to any information which may be required by the City Council, the <br />application shall contain the following information: <br /> <br />(a) The name, permanent address and telephone number of the applicant and of all persons <br />who will be acting on behalf of the applicant in the city; <br /> <br />170tğŭĻ <br /> <br />
