The annual fee for the license shall be established by resolution, and the annual <br />license fee shall be paid prior to issuance of license. <br /> <br />(2) Secondhand goods dealer. The annual fee for this license shall be established by resolution, and <br />the annual license fee shall be paid prior to issuance of license. <br /> <br />(3) Investigation fee. <br /> <br />(a) In addition to the annual fee, the City Council may establish by resolution an <br />investigation fee to be paid upon initial application and upon any change in ownership. <br /> <br />(b) Change in ownership shall include, in the case of a partnership, a change in identity of <br />any partner and in the case of a corporation, a change in ownership of more than five <br />percent of shares. <br /> <br />Penalty, see § 112.99 <br /> <br />Ord. #64, adopted 08/13/1997 <br /> <br />§ 112.04 SITE PLAN. <br /> <br />(A) The application for a pawnbroker or secondhand goods dealer license must be accompanied by a site <br />plan drawn to scale. <br /> <br />(B) The site plan must contain: <br /> <br />(1) A legal description of the property upon which the proposed licensed premises is situated; <br /> <br />(2) A plot plan; <br /> <br />(3) The exact location of the licensed premises on the property, customer and employee parking <br />areas, accesses onto the property and entrance into the premises; <br /> <br />(4) The location of and distance from the nearest church, school, hospital and residence; <br /> <br />(5) A floor plan of the licensed premises; and <br /> <br />(6) Must comply with the zoning code. <br /> <br />Ord. #64, adopted 08/13/1997 <br /> <br />172΋tğŭĻ <br /> <br />
