Ord. #64, adopted 08/13/1997 <br />§ 112.09 DEATH OF LICENSEE. <br />(A) In the case of the death of a licensee, the personal representative of the licensee may continue operation <br />of the business for not more than 90 days after the licenseeÓs death. <br />(B) Continuation after 90 days requires completion of a new application process. <br /> <br />Penalty, see § 112.99 <br /> <br />Ord. #64, adopted 08/13/1997 <br />§ 112.10 RECORDS REQUIRED. <br /> <br />(A) Generally. Each licensee shall keep a record of each transaction made in the course of their business. <br />The licensee shall deliver a true and correct copy of each transaction to the Chief of Police or his or her <br />designee according to a timetable established by the Chief of Police. The licensee shall immediately and <br />legibly record in English the following information by using ink or other indelible medium on forms or <br />in computerized record approved by the city: <br /> <br />(1) The full name, address, telephone number and date of birth of the person from whom the item <br />was received; <br /> <br />(2) The time and date of transaction; <br />(3) A complete description of the item pledged or sold, including but not limited to any trademark, <br />identification number, model number, brand name or other identifying marks and the purchase <br />price; <br /> <br />(4) A physical description of the person paying or selling the item including race, sex, height, <br />weight, color of eyes and color of hair; <br /> <br />(5) The amount of money paid or advanced for the item; <br /> <br />(6) The photograph and signature of the person pledging or selling the item; <br /> <br />(7) The identification number from any of the following forms of identification of the seller: valid <br />driverÓs license containing a picture, state identification card, picture identification issued by the <br />state of residency of the person from whom the item was received; and <br /> <br />(8) Any other information the Chief of Police or his or her designee shall require. <br /> <br />(B) Printed pawn ticket.
