This is because the <br />county required an additional 10 feet of right-of-way. <br />A few things to note about this site are that: <br />there is no need for stormwater treatment; that is taken care of off -site. <br />the price of the land is negotiable, depending on the quality of product and number of units. <br />the city is willing to look at a cost share for the streetscaping costs, again, depending on the <br />quality of the product. <br />
