Here's the layout of the proposed project that Centra was looking at. If you have a builder that would step in and want to take on that project, in substantially the same configuration, we could probably get through the entitlements fairly quickly. You could reach out to Centra or Carlson McCain about getting the rights to their plans, etc. What I'm giving you here is just what is part of the public record. You'll note that the layout on the plans is different from the rendered layout in that the whole development is moved 8' or so to the west (we just narrowed the trail corridor). This is because the county required an additional 10 feet of right-of-way. A few things to note about this site are that: there is no need for stormwater treatment; that is taken care of off -site. the price of the land is negotiable, depending on the quality of product and number of units. the city is willing to look at a cost share for the streetscaping costs, again, depending on the quality of the product.
