there is a requirement for 2 units to be sold to income qualified buyers at 80% of AMI; this <br />restriction will run with the land for 10 years. <br />Amazon is bringing 600 jobs to our community in the fall of 2023; they are moving dirt and <br />installing pipe as we speak. This type of housing seems like it would be attractive to those <br />employees. <br />We are also talking with a developer who is interested in building a +/-50 unit apartment building on this <br />site. However, I think that the Council would prefer the townhome concept (or some version of it). So, <br />let me know as soon as you can, if you think this site will work for you. <br />I spoke with Mike Brass and he said you had a bit of a unique financing method you were looking at, <br />here. I think it would be good to have a meeting with our City Attorney, early on, so that we could wrap <br />our heads around that. If our attorney can get comfortable with what you would be doing, that would <br />be a big step forward. I've copied Kurt (attorney) to this email.
