CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Olson, seconded by Commissioner Kuiper to Approve the <br />Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS (6:30 PM or shortly thereafter) <br /> <br />Administrator Statz provided an overview of the process for the public hearing, noting that staff will <br />first review the memo as outlined in the packet, the applicant will then clarify anything needing <br />clarification before the hearing is opened up for public comment. Once the Board has heard from <br />the public, the public hearing will be closed, and the regular meeting will resume. <br /> <br />The public hearing opened at 7:30pm. <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission heard comments from the public. Several residents provided <br />feedback about Banjo and primary concerns include: noise, traffic-related issues, Co2 emissions, <br />height, and the project’s impact on local businesses.
