Site Plan Review <br />Motion by Commissioner Kubat, seconded by Commissioner Nelson to recommend approval <br />of the Site Plan for Project Banjo. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />b. Preliminary Plat <br />Motion by Commissioner krueger, seconded by Commissioner Kuiper to recommend <br />approval of the Preliminary Plat for Fairview Second Edition subject to the conditions of <br />approval, and findings of fact (as noted above). All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />c. Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development <br />Motion by Commissioner Olson, seconded by Commissioner Kuiper to recommend approval <br />of the Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development for Project Banjo, with the <br />conditions and findings noted in the staff memo as modified by the Commission in tonight’s <br />discussion (see above), All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />d. Conditional Use Permit – Truck Terminal <br />Motion by Commissioner Kubat, seconded by Commissioner Kuiper to recommend denial of <br />the Conditional Use Permits for Truck Terminal/Excess Building Height, Outside Storage, <br />would be made finding that a PUD was an appropriate substitute for the conditional use <br />permits. Council Member Liaison <br />Council Member Koski reported that the Fire Steering Committee met and announced that our Fire <br />th <br />Chief announced his retirement, effective April 30 and they hired a search firm to find a new fire <br />chief. Dan Radcliffe is serving in an interim capacity until then. <br /> <br />2.
