Music in the Park <br />Our very own LaValle Jazz Cats finished the <br />Music in the Park season on August 16, 2022. <br />Manager, Kathi LaValle is a Centerville resident <br />who also plays saxophone in the band. She <br />manages several bands which brings a unique <br />“Big Band” sound to Centerville’s series. <br />Main Street Market <br />Main Street Market ended its season on August 11, 2022 with just under 500 individuals visiting vendors. <br />The Parks & Recreation Committee expresses their gratitude to all that participated in this six (6) week <br />event (i.e. neighboring property owners, volunteers, Bald Eagle Waterski Club and vendors). <br />The coordinators have met to discuss the 2023 Market, its potential for offerings (Possible Themes: <br />Ladies, Kids, Animal, Local Businesses and Get Up & Go Nights) and dates. The Coordinators will be <br />reporting to the Parks & Recreation Committee at their next meeting. <br />ADMINISTRATION <br />Website Redesign <br />Staff continues working with the website committee and <br />CivicPlus project team. This week staff met with CivicPlus’s art <br />director to discuss feedback on the draft site.
