<br />Approved <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />July 11, 2022 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled City Council <br />meeting on July 11, 2022 in Council Chambers of City Hall and the meeting was also live streamed by <br />North Metro TV. <br /> <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor D. Love called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />PRESENT: Mayor D. Love <br />Council Member Steve King <br />Council Member Russ Koski <br />Council Member Darrin Mosher <br />Junior Council Member Danny Peterson (Non-Voting) <br /> <br />ABSENT: Council Member Michelle Lakso <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator Mark Statz <br /> City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br /> <br /> <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Love provided an opportunity for others to add or delete any items. <br /> <br />Mayor Love stated that Council received a Public Comment Sign-Up Sheet for Mr. Jared Grawe, 7227 <br />Clear Ridge and that he would be added under Appointments and Presentations. <br /> <br />Administrator Statz stated that a modification had been made to Res. #22-0XX – Appointing Election <br />Judges for the 2022 Primary & General Election and that a replacement page was before them for <br />consideration. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member King, seconded by Council Member Mosher to Approve the Agenda <br />with the noted changes as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. APPOINTMENTS/PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />1. Jared Grawe, 7227 Clear Ridge <br /> <br />Mr. Grawe addressed Council regarding an Encroachment Agreement on the agenda for consideration for <br />the placement of a raised garden in his front/side yard. He stated he has been working with Administrator <br /> <br />
