They are also working to finalize wetland and other watershed permits. Construction of the gravel base for the trail between Old Mill Court and Laramee Lane will begin in the next few weeks. Concrete work will be completed in the spring to ensure the base has a chance to settle over the winter. (16) CentervilleSelf Storage Thefacilityis now open for business. The developer has made progress to address drainage issues along the north side of the facility and will continue to work on minor clean-up items. The management company is working on their licensure, through the state and county, prior to opening their doors.
