A map will be available on the Centennial FireÓs Facebook page and the CityÓs web- <br />site. The map will be modified this year. <br /> <br />PARKS & REC. <br />Join the Parks & Recreation Committee for their Annual Skate/Sled Nights. They are scheduled for January 14, <br />2023 and February 10, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. Ï 9:00 p.m. at Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park. Free bonfire, pop- <br />corn, hot cocoa, and smores. Wargo Nature Center will be at the January 14 event with snowshoes and kick- <br />sleds. They will also be at the February 10 event with snowshoes, kicksleds and fat-tire <br />bikes. <br /> <br />REPUBLIC SERVICE HOLIDAY TREE PICKUP <br />Please ensure that the tree is bare, curb-side by 7 a.m. on January 7 or 14, 2022 for pickup. <br /> <br />TRUTH AND TAXATION PUBLIC HEARING <br />Centerville will hold its annual budget meeting with time for public comment on December 14 at 6:30 p.m. The <br />City Council has adopted a preliminary property tax levy for 2023 that is 3.7% higher than the level in 2022. <br />City staff will present information regarding the General Fund budget, tax levy, debt service levies and the im- <br />pact on property owners. <br />A personalized 2023 Proposed Property Tax Statement with estimated property taxes will be mailed to each <br />property owner by Anoka County in Mid-November.
