City of Centerville <br />P & R Meeting Minutes <br />August 3, 2022 <br />• Ladies Night and its' activities were very popular <br />• Week 5 will be Kids Night with the following activities planned: face painting, bounce <br />house, rock painting, Police & Fire with car & truck demos and the appearance of Sparky, <br />the Fire Mascot. <br />b. City Website — the new website and app are scheduled to be live on October 4, 2022 <br />c. Rainbow Tree Service —the treatment of the cities' Ash trees for the Emerald Ash Borer has <br />been completed and each tree has been tagged. <br />d. Council Liaison — None <br />VII. ACTION ITEMS <br />Motion by Committee Member Akpan, seconded by Acting Chair Seeley to request that Staff <br />update the Action Items List prior to the next meeting. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Committee Member Freirmuth, seconded by Committee Member Akpan to adiourn the <br />August 3, 2022 P & R meeting at 8:43 pm. All in favor.
