The developer’s landscaping crew has begun work on the shoreline treatments and will be addressing <br />other landscaping items from the punch list. <br /> <br />(8) Atlas Villas Memory Care Project (1825 Main Street) <br />A Certificate of Occupancy was granted to the facility by the city’s building department. The <br />management company is working on their licensure, through the state and county, prior to opening their <br />doors. <br /> <br />(10-14) Rehbein Commercial <br />The contractor is working on punch list items including boulevard restoration. The final lift of asphalt <br />will be paved in September. <br /> <br />(13) Kwik Trip <br />Construction on the site is in full swing, with sewer and water facilities already in the ground. The utility <br />crew continues work on storm sewer. The store anticipates opening around the end of December. <br /> <br />(11) Norbella Senior Living <br />Landscaping work is mostly complete as the site takes shape. Interior finish work continues. A temporary <br />occupancy permit was issued to allow furniture and other appliances to be moved in. A September <br />opening is still the target. <br /> <br />(2) Peterson Shores <br />Staff met with a prospective builder on site to discuss sewer and water connections as well as grading and <br />driveway issues. <br /> <br />(17, 19) Rehbein Industrial <br />The developer met with Amazon project staff to coordinate curb work on the driveways to Amazon. <br />Paving of the wear course of asphalt will be scheduled for September <br /> <br />(19) Sutton Transport <br />The site’s parking and driveway areas are being prepped for paving next week. Landscaping crews are <br />also beginning their work to finish off the site. <br /> <br />(15) 2050/2070 Main Street – American Roofing Supply <br />Landscaping crews have begun their work, installing fence, trees and shrubs, after the site was paved last <br />week. The employee parking lot is finished and workers have begun reporting to their new office. <br /> <br />(18) Max Storage (Fairview Street) <br />The Conditional Use Permit (CUP) has now been sent in to the County for recording and a grading permit <br />has been issued. The building permit is imminent as soon as plumbing and mechanical plans are finalized. <br /> <br />(17) Amazon Fulfillment Center <br />Grading, utilities, parking lot and building pad construction are all moving along, on schedule. Staff met <br />with Amazon project managers to review various construction issues, such as floodplain mitigation and <br />the watermain installation under the creek. <br /> <br />City engineering staff will be working with County and Lino Lakes engineers to begin prioritizing the use <br />of transportation related funds from the development. A first step will be to complete a corridor study of <br />th <br />the 20 Avenue (CSAH 54) route from Main Street to Birch Street. This study will help guide intersection <br />improvements to enhance safety and ensure traffic flows freely. <br /> <br />
