City of Centerville <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />December 6, 2022 <br />There were no amendments to the minutes <br />Motion by Commissioner Kuiper, seconded by Commissioner Olson to approve the <br />November 1, 2022 Planning and Zoning Commission minutes as presented. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br />IX. Announcements and Updates <br />1.Council Member Liaison <br />Councilmember Koski asked Chief Montain to talk about the Food Drive Parade event that will be <br />happening over the weekend, and he wished everyone a happy holiday, noting that he appreciates <br />staff, committees, and volunteers for their work throughout the year. <br />2.Administrator’s Report <br />Assistant Administrator Lewis reviewed the Administrator’s Report as presented in the packet. <br />3.Planning and Zoning Action Items Tracker <br />Chair Kubat reviewed the Action Item Tracker with the Commission. <br />X.
