Call for Changes to the Agenda <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner King and seconded by Commissioner Swenson to approve the <br />agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The minutes were approved as presented. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Mosher and seconded by Commissioner Swenson to approve the <br />November 16, 2022 meeting minutes.
